KILLEEN, Texas - Balancing college coursework with raising a family is a challenge many know all too well. For single parents, the juggling act of time and money can feel nearly impossible. Central Texas College is stepping up to help with a new grant aimed directly at students who are also parents.

The college has received a $250,000 grant designed to provide targeted support for parenting students.
